SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Each order undergoes a careful preparation period of 1–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (when available).

Shipping Time

Because we work with exclusive global partners, delivery times may vary depending on your region. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Brazil: 10–25 business days

  • North America & Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Other regions: 10–30 business days

Please note that customs procedures, seasonal demand, and logistical factors may influence delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items selected. Occasionally, we offer complimentary shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking information. Please allow 5–10 business days for tracking updates to appear due to international logistics.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure a smoother and faster delivery experience, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Bellamayrim is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact our Client Care team within 7 days of delivery at support.bellamayrim@gmail.com.

To assist you promptly, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

 

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.

Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our international sourcing, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different size or color, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Intimates

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
